This role offers a balanced mix of qualified inbound leads and proactive business development, allowing you to build a strong pipeline while maximizing close rates.
Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients
Prepare accurate estimates and present tailored solutions
Convert qualified leads into booked projects
Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, real estate professionals, and local businesses
Represent the brand with professionalism and a customer-focused approach
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (home services, construction, or related industries considered an asset)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage both inbound opportunities and self-generated leads
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Expected annual earnings: $50,000 – $80,000+, with performance-based upside
